Our process always starts with a full assessment of where the individual is right now. Posture, Core, Flexibility,Nutrition and Lifestyle are addressed first. We will then guide you through the proper stages of conditioning. Integrated patterns are how our bodies are designed to move and a holistic, playful approach is always utilized.
