That’s why I always seek to address someones posture and flexibility first. Secondly, stability of the joints is addressed. As the saying goes, “ You can’t shoot a canon out of a canoe.” Without, stability it’s impossible to develop optimal strength, power, and be injury free. As a client, You will be taken through the proper conditioning stages.
